Health & Safety Is Our Top Priority
We have been closely monitoring the development of COVID-19. Our hearts go out to all those affected both directly and indirectly. The health and safety of our team, our customers and those you send cookies to is a top concern. We wanted to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure everyone's safety.
As part of our regular operational procedures, our surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily. Our team members adhere to strict personal hygiene measures like regular hand-washing, wearing gloves, aprons, and hair coverings in all production areas.
As an additional measure of safety, we have added the following procedures to our daily process:

As part of our regular operational procedures, our surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily. Our team members adhere to strict personal hygiene measures like regular hand-washing, wearing gloves, aprons, and hair coverings in all production areas.
As an additional measure of safety, we have added the following procedures to our daily process:
- Employees are now additionally required to wear masks when working with goods in the production process and gloves when handling packaged goods that will reach the consumer.
- Our bakery location is a factory with restricted access. Only delivery personnel (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and local customers enter the front office area to deliver and/or pick up orders. Going forward and until there is confidence that the risk of COVID-19 spread is eliminated, we will receive and provide packages at the door, and sanitize hands after each exchange.
