The holiday season is our busiest of busy seasons and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to bake for you! We want everyone to have their custom baked cookies in time for their holiday celebrations.

Please note that as our schedule fills, shipping dates will become unavailable. It is always best to order early to ensure you have the most shipping date options available. 

CORPORATE and LARGE ORDERS: Please contact us via email or phone (727.322.3192) regarding multi-box orders for your clients & customers to ensure we can meet your timeline, given current production schedules. We will also provide you with a list template to simplify the ordering process for you. 

UPS is our shipping provider. During the holidays, transits become a little less predictable, especially via ground. When selecting your shipping date and method, please consider the following: 

Shipping days are counted in business days and the first day of shipping is the day after your package is picked up UPS. UPS does not deliver to most locations on the weekends.  

Western Destinations: (CA, AZ, NM, WA, ID, UT, OR, WY, MT) Last day recommended for ground shipping is Thursday, 12/14. We recommend always shipping via UPS 3-Day Select or faster to western US destinations. 


Central US & NE Destinations: (TX, OK, CO, NE, KS, IA, ND, SD, MN, WI, AR, MO, IL, NY, VT, MA, ME, NH, CT, MD, DE, DC, OH, IN, NJ, RI) Last day recommended for ground shipping is Friday 12/15. Shipping dates after 12/15 should be sent by UPS 3-Day Select or faster. 


Mid-Atlantic US Destinations: (MS, TN, KY, GA, LA, AL, NC, SC, KY, VA, WV, PA) Last day recommended for ground shipping is Monday 12/18. Shipping dates after 12/18 should be sent via UPS 2-day Air or faster. 


Florida Destinations: Last recommend date for ground shipping is Wednesday, 12/20. 


Bakery Pickup: the last day for pickup in the bakery is Friday 12/22.

Additional Information 

Shipping Addresses and Returned Mail It is extremely important that the address you provide is accurate and is an address where UPS packages can be delivered. We will attempt to contact you if your order is returned. 

Returned Package Policy: If a package is returned within 4 days of initial shipping, we can reship them if you provide a new, correct address and pay for the new shipping label. If the package is returned more than 4 days of initial shipping, we will gladly rebake your cookies and resend to an updated and confirmed address for 50% of the original price plus shipping.
