Ship Dates and Delivery:
When you select the SHIP Date on a product page, you are selecting the date your order will ship out from our bakery. We cannot control the actual delivery, however, UPS Ground is pretty reliable, in particular during non-holiday times of year.
When you check out, you will see the number of business days UPS indicates it will take for delivery to the shipping address you provide in the "shipping options" section of the check out. If the UPS Ground transit is longer than you would like, especially if you would like your package to arrive by a specific date, please choose an expedited shipping method. We ship predominantly via UPS Ground. You may opt to expedite the shipping of your package, in particular when shipping to the west coast (ie: CA, OR, WA, NV, NM, AZ, UT, ID) as ground transit via UPS takes 4+ business days.
We may opt to ship your package via USPS Priority Mail if the transit is faster than UPS Ground for approximately the same cost. Priority Mail to the west coast generally takes 2-3 business days with the bonus of Saturday delivery.
SHIP Date: the date your cookies will ship out from the bakery or will be ready for you to pickup at the bakery.
Bump the Line: push your order up 2 business days in our queue by selecting "Bump Up" on the product ordering page.
Local Pickup: If you are local and would like to pick your order up at the bakery on the Ship Date you select, simply choose "Pick up" when checking out.
CORPORATE and LARGE ORDERS: Please contact us via email or phone (727.322.3192) regarding large orders or custom party cookies to ensure we can meet your timeline, given current production schedules.
Shipping Addresses and Returned Mail It is extremely important that the address you provide is accurate and is an address where mail can be delivered. We will attempt to contact you if your order is returned.
Returned Package Policy: If a package is returned within 4 days of initial shipping, we can reship them if you provide a new, correct address and pay for the new shipping label. If the package is returned more than 4 days of initial shipping, we will gladly rebake your cookies and resend to an updated and confirmed address for 50% of the original price plus shipping.
Broken Cookies Policy: We package all of our cookies with great care to ensure they arrive looking as beautiful as they taste. As well as we package, we cannot control how packages are handled by the carriers during transit. If your shipping box and cookies arrived damaged as a result of transit, please contact us via email with photos of the damaged package and cookies and we can file a claim with UPS on your behalf.
