Because we are a made-to-order bakery, we schedule your order to be baked and decorated based on your SHIP DATE: the date you select for shipping (or pickup in store).

SHIP DATE enables you to choose the day your cookies will ship from our bakery. When selecting your ship date, keep the UPS Ground transit time to your destination in mind so you will know when your cookies should arrive (map below). If UPS Ground will not get your order to the destination by the date you would like, choose the shipping service that will. UPS shipping days are counted in business days (M-F). Options include UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. You may also choose to "Bump the Line" and move your order up in our schedule. 

IMPORTANT: Shipping to California and Western US Destinations. We highly recommend you choose UPS 3-day Select or faster to western US states like California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. UPS Ground takes 4 to 5 business days to destinations in these states, which means it will take a full week (due to no weekend delivery) for your cookies to arrive.
